Take it easy in the morning, perhaps enjoy a swim in the sea or a stroll through the charming streets of Poros.
Our reserved boat for you guests runs regularly to and from Poros, as well as to nearby beaches if you wish.

Departure for the Wedding
- 15:45 – Boat to Galatas (please be at the dock 15 minutes before departure)
We will meet by the hotel pier for a shared transfer across to Galatas. - 16:15 – 16:45
Taxis will be waiting in Galatas to take you onward to Karapoliti.
Pre-Drinks & Mingling
- 16:30 – 18:00
Upon arrival, we’ll begin the evening together with pre-drinks and mingling in the afternoon sun.
Ceremony
- 18:00 – 18:30
The ceremony will take place in the soft evening light.
Mingling & Congratulations
- 18:30 – 19:30
After the ceremony, we’ll continue celebrating with drinks, mingling, and congratulations.
Dinner & Party
- From around 19:30
We’ll sit down for a dinner filled with great food, laughter, and love – followed by a party and dancing late into the night.
Transport to the Hotel
23:00 – 04:00
From 23:00, taxis will be available on-site until 04:00, and boats run every hour until 04:30, so you can decide for yourselves when to call it a night. (Taxis and boats coordinate transport to the hotel/Poros.)
The last boat departs at 04:30.
Good to Know
Feel free to bring something to wear over your shoulders in the evening, as the temperature drops after sunset.
We will serve snacks and light bites before dinner, but please note that dinner will be served later – don’t arrive too hungry.
Our photographer and videographers will be capturing moments throughout the day. If you’d like to take photos, please do so discreetly.
