THURSDAY – Welcome!
For those traveling with SAS (06:00 departure from Arlanda)
You will meet at O’Learys at Arlanda from 05:00, where you’ll meet Nicklas (tour leader), who will accompany you the entire way.
In Athens, the group will stay together and follow Nicklas to the bus.

Bus transfer to Poros:
- Around 12:30 (the bus will wait for Nicklas’ signal to depart once everyone is on board)
- Travel time: approx. 3–3.5 hours
- Water and snacks will be available on the bus
- There is no toilet on the bus – please make sure to go before departure
- We will make a stop after about 1 hour
- A light lunch will be served at the stop
The next shared meal will be in the evening, so we recommend that you eat here.
If you need an additional stop, just let Nicklas or the driver know.
Upon arrival in Galatas, we will take the car ferry over to Poros and continue to the hotel.
Arrival & Check-in
- Around 18:00 – check-in at the hotel
Time to settle in, change, and get ready for the evening
Welcome Dinner
- 19:00 – Meet in the hotel lobby
We will walk together down to the boat that will take us to the restaurant

Please be at Poseidon Restaurant (Poros) at 19:30
- 19:30 – Welcome drink and dinner
We’ll kick off the weekend together with a welcome drink and dinner – an evening to unwind, get to know each other, and toast to the weekend ahead.
